摘要
介绍了WD615缸盖的原组芯工艺存在的点胶量一致性差、水玻璃胶溢出、铸件内腔披缝较多、涂层起皮及袋装粘结剂的固化程度不足等问题。为了提升组芯效率和组芯质量,对微波胶粘结工艺进行试验研究,通过DOE试验得出最佳参数范围为波美度85~100°Bé、烘干时间30~40 s、烘干功率18~36 kW。生产结果显示:(1)使用微波胶组芯减少了点胶工作量和操作人员之间配合,降低了劳动强度,提升了工作效率;(2)铸件内腔和结合面披缝以及小喷油嘴芯脱落问题也得到了改善。
An introduction was given to the problems of original cores assembly process including poor consistency of glue dotting amount,water glass glue overflow,more fins on internal cavities of casting,coating layer scab,insufficient curing degree of bag-stored binder.In order to improve the core-assembling efficiency and quality,the microwave bonding process was tested and investigated,through DOE test,the best parameters range was 85~100°Bé,drying time of 30~40 s,and drying power of 18~36 kW.Production results showed:(1)The use of microwave glue core assembly reduced the workload of dotting glue and the cooperation between operators,reduce labor intensity,improve work efficiency.(2)The problems of fins on internal cavity surface and joining surface,as well as the dropping of the small nozzle core were also improved.
