摘要
运用模具CAD技术、低压铸造技术以及铸造铝合金相关知识,对高速铁路接触网补偿装置重要部件伞齿棘轮本体的铝合金低压铸造工艺和典型铸造缺陷进行了分析和研究。通过对伞齿棘轮本体铸件浇注系统、冷却系统、工艺参数的优化改进,使伞齿棘轮本体铸件的缩孔、缩松、缩裂等铸造缺陷大幅减少,铸造合格率达95%以上,为实现国家高速铁路接触网关键零部件的自主开发创新提供借鉴。
In this paper,the low-pressure casting technology of aluminum alloy and typical casting defects of umbrella ratchet body,an important part of catenary compensation device in high-speed railway,are analyzed and studied using die CAD technology,low-pressure casting technology and related knowledge of aluminum alloy casting.Through the optimization and improvement of gating system,cooling system and process parameters of umbrella-tooth ratchet body casting,the casting defects such as shrinkage cavity,porosity and crack of umbrella-tooth ratchet body casting are greatly reduced,and the casting qualification rate is over 95%,which provides reference for the independent development and innovation of key parts of catenary of national high-speed railway.
