摘要
游泳运动是我国体育事业的重要组成部分。前几年,我国为了培养新一代的游泳人才,由政府统一布局,财政统一拨款,举办青少年业余游泳训练和多项竞赛活动,各个省市也都有着自己的培养计划。然而近几年,省、市有关部门在青少年业余游泳训练中投入的资金越来越少,而每个地区培养优秀的体育人才都需要专业的教练、专业的场地、专业的器材,需要大量的资金投入。开设青少年游泳训练营可以恰到好处地解决这一问题,成为一种更加适合我国的业余游泳训练模式,推动了有偿、自费训练的发展,也成为当前青少年游泳训练的一种重要模式。该文结合实际情况,对黑龙江省哈尔滨市开设青少年游泳训练营的可行性进行分析研究,探究训练营开设的条件以及社会面需求,通过问卷调查、逻辑分析等研究方法,为哈尔滨市开设青少年游泳训练营的可行性建言献策。
Swimming is an important part of China's sports cause.A few years ago,in order to cultivate a new generation of swimming talents,China organized amateur swimming training and multiple competition activities for young people under the unified layout of the government and unified appropriation by the financial department,and each province and city also had their own training plans.However,in recent years,relevant provincial and municipal departments have invested less and less money in amateur swimming training for young people,but the cultivation of excellent sports talents in each region requires professional coaches,venues and equipment and a large amount of capital investment.The opening of youth swimming training camps can appropriately solve this problem,which has become a more suitable amateur swimming training mode in China,promoted the development of paid and self-funded training,and aslo become an important mode of current youth swimming training.Combined with the actual situation,this paper analyzes and studies the feasibility of setting up youth swimming training camps in Harbin,Heilongjiang Province,explores the conditions and social needs of setting up training camps,and provides suggestions for the feasibility of setting up youth swimming training camps in Harbin through questionnaires,logical analysis and other research methods.
