我国12~16岁青少年游泳运动员改技术周期训练安排特征分析——以“星之队”为例 被引量:1

摘要 该文通过文献资料法、实地参与法、数理统计法,着重对中国游泳星之队2018年北京站选拔赛后的改技术周期的训练安排特征进行探讨与分析,以总结出改技术阶段的训练内容、训练手段、训练负荷安排的基本特征和普遍规律,为青少年游泳运动训练的负荷安排、训练计划的科学制定与实施提供参考依据。改技术周期基本分为3个阶段,训练内容的安排上主要以低强度有氧训练、无氧阈训练和最大摄氧量训练为主;负荷量呈现低、高、低稳态变化,负荷强度逐渐增强;主要以EN1~EN3强度的有氧训练进行新技术的学习,不同的阶段穿插着SP1、SP2、SP3强度的练习;以分解训练法和完整训练法为主,中后期以持续训练法、间歇训练法和重复训练法为主,在不同的阶段穿插着游戏训练法,以此提高运动员的训练兴趣。 This paper mainly discusses and analyzes the characteristics of the training arrangement of the technical reform cycle after the 2018 Beijing Station Trial of the Stars of China through the literature method,field participation method and mathematical statistics method.It is expected to summarize the basic characteristics and general laws of training content,training means,training load arrangement in the technical transformation stage,so as to provide a reference for the scientific formulation and implementation of the training load arrangement and training plan of youth swimming.The technical reform cycle is basically divided into three stages.The arrangement of training content is mainly low intensity aerobic training,anaerobic threshold training and maximum oxygen uptake training;The load changes from low high low steady state,and the load intensity gradually increases;It mainly uses EN1-EN3 intensity aerobic training to learn new technologies,and different stages are interspersed with SP1,SP2 and SP3 intensity exercises;It mainly adopts the decomposition training method and the complete training method.In the middle and late stages,it mainly adopts the continuous training method,the intermittent training method and the repeated training method.The game training method is interspersed at different stages to improve the training interest of athletes.
