摘要
马拉松是一项极限耐力项目,对参与者的心肺功能训练水平有着极高的要求。近年来,随着马拉松赛事的火热,业余马拉松爱好者的水平不断提升,在比赛中达到国家健将水平的业余跑者也时有出现。科学的训练不仅能够增强体质,预防训练伤,还可以更高效地提高马拉松成绩,从而实现“科学跑步、高效训练”。该文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,总结热身训练、跑步训练、核心力量训练、功能性训练4个方面适合业余马拉松爱好者日常训练方法,以期为业余马拉松爱好者日常训练提供理论依据,为业余马拉松爱好者训练实践提供指导。
The marathon is an extreme endurance event that demands a very high level of cardiorespiratory training of participants.In recent years,with the popularity of marathon events,the level of marathon amateurs continue to improve,and amateur runners who reach the level of national athletes in races are also seen from time to time.Scientific training can not only enhance physical fitness and prevent training injuries,but also improve marathon performance more efficiently,so as to achieve"scientific running and efficient training".This paper summarizes daily training methods suitable for marathon amateurs from the four aspects of warm-up training,running training,core strength training and functional training by the methods of literature and logical analysis,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the daily training of marathon amateurs,and provide guidance for the training practice of marathon amateurs.
