摘要
利用FlexSim仿真软件对某产品的现有工序进行优化,实现了工序的合理配置。首先利用FlexSim软件根据现有工序进行建模分析,找出不合理的工序,经过修改原模型并优化后进行重新排序、优化设施布置,减少了无效作业时间,从而提高了生产率。
In this paper,FlexSim simulation software is used to optimize the existing process of a product and realize the reasonable configuration of the process.Firstly,FlexSim software is used to model and analyze the existing processes to find out the unreasonable processes.After modifying the original model and optimizing,the processes are reordered.After the change of facility layout,the invalid operation time is reduced,so as to improve the productivity.
