摘要
随着制造企业的分工精细化,合理地布局生产线的一种有效方法为计算机仿真。以K公司球阀生产线为研究对象,采用秒表时间研究的方法测量各工序时间,应用Flexsim软件建立了生产线模型,对优化前后的生产过程进行了仿真。结果表明:通过Flexsim仿真对生产线进行优化,可提高生产线平衡率、产能以及所有工序平均工作率。
For making the layout of production line more reasonable, it is an effective method to use computer simulation. This paper takes a ball valve production line of K company as research object, first each process time was measured in the method of stopwatch time study, then production line models were established by using Flex- sire software. After that, simulation of original production line and the optimized one was carried out. The results show that using Flexsim simulation can improve production line balancing rate, capacity and average work rate of all processes.
