摘要
深静脉血栓(deep vein thrombosis,DVT)是指血液在深静脉内凝结所造成静脉回流障碍的一种疾病,主要致病因素可分为静脉壁损伤、血液高凝状态和静脉回流障碍。该病发病迅速,病情变化快,治疗不当可导致肢体坏死,甚至诱发肺栓塞。脊柱骨折患者多为中老年群体,骨折保守治疗与手术治疗均需一段时间卧床,在此期间常诱发深静脉血栓,严重威胁患者生命健康。目前西医防治DVT的药物主要包括抗凝血药、抗血小板聚集药和溶栓药,但其不良反应较大,可诱发严重的并发症,如皮肤黏膜出血,消化道出血等。丹参具有活血祛瘀、凉血消痈等功效,在机体中可发挥抗血栓、抗炎、抗肿瘤等药理作用。因此,文章通过对丹参防治脊柱骨折后DVT作用的文献报道进行综述,以期为临床上运用丹参治疗DVT提供借鉴和参考。
Deep vein thrombosis(DVT)refers to a disease of venous return disorder caused by blood clotting in deep veins,the main pathogenic factors can be divided into venous wall damage,blood hypercoagulation state and venous return disorder.The onset of DVT is rapid,the condition changes rapidly,improper treatment can lead to limb necrosis,and even induce pulmonary embolism.Most patients with spinal fractures are middle-aged and elderly,and both conservative and surgical treatment of fractures require a period of time in bed,during which deep vein thrombosis is often induced,which seriously threatens the life and health of patients.At present,the drugs used in Western medicine to prevention and treatment of DVT mainly include anticoagulants,antiplatelet aggregators and thrombolytics,but their side effects are large and can induce severe complications,such as bleeding from the skin and mucous membranes,gastrointestinal bleeding,etc.The efficacy of Danshen(Salviae Miltiorrhizae)is activating blood circulation,and reducing stasis,cooling blood and expelling carbuncle,and can exert pharmacological effects such as anti-thrombosis,anti-inflammatory,and anti-tumor in the body.Therefore,this article reviews the literature reports on the effect of Danshen(Salviae Miltiorrhizae)on the prevention and treatment of DVT after spinal fractures,in order to provide for the clinical application of Danshen(Salviae Miltiorrhizae)in the treatment of DVT.
