摘要
作为高等教育的重要组成部分,应用型本科高校当前的人才培养模式与产业及行业需求仍有较大差距。为了实现培养高素质应用型人才的目标,人才培养模式亟需改革。校企合作已成为促进企业发展与人才培养的主流趋势,但目前校企双方在规模及参与度等方面存在诸多问题。本文基于经管类专业为适应新文科需求,将校企合作纳入创新型、应用型、复合型人才培养模式的现实基础出发,探讨如何推动校企合作的“真正”开展,提出持续优化改进的具体措施,在助力地方高质量发展的同时促进经管类专业在新经济形势下人才培养质量的提升。
As an important part of higher education,there is still a large gap between the current talent training mode of applied undergraduate colleges and universities and the industrial needs.The training mode needs to be reformed for achieving the goal of cultivating high-quality applied talents.Schoolenterprise cooperation has become the mainstream trend to promote the enterprise development and talent training,but there are many problems in the scale and participation of both colleges and universities and enterprises.To comply with the needs of new liberal arts,this paper discusses the“real”development of school-enterprise cooperation by incorporating the cooperation into the innovative,applied and compound talent training mode.It proposes specific measures for continuous optimization and improvement to help local high-quality development and improve the quality of talent training for economics and management majors in the new economic situation.
