基于SPOC的混合教学模式在医学统计学教学中的探索与实践

Exploration and application of SPOC⁃based mixed teaching in the course Medical Statistics

摘要 目的探索疫情背景下,基于SPOC的混合教学模式在医学统计学课程中的应用。方法对北京中医药大学参与改革的大数据应用与管理学和护理学2个专业86名学生进行问卷调查,运用统计学方法对调查结果和改革前后相同专业学生的成绩进行比较分析。结果88.4%的学生对改革后医学统计学的混合教学模式总体感到满意,学生对SPOC视频短小、知识点集中、便于课后复习、软件练习机会更多等观点认同度高。改革后,大数据应用与管理和护理2个专业的学生课程成绩分别提高了5.9分、6.5分,期末成绩分别提高了8.2分、9.8分。结论基于SPOC的混合教学模式适合医学统计学的课程特点和学生的学习习惯,明显改善了教学效果。此教学模式应根据学生学习特点因材施教,开展多样化教学,授课教师要与时俱进,不断提升教学水平,同时制定实施方案,便于课程实现线上线下灵活转换。 Objective To explore the application of SPOC⁃based mixed teaching in the course Medical Statistics against the background of COVID-19 pandemic.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted of 86 students enrolled in the two programs Big Data Application and Management,and Nursing,after which statistical methods were used to analyze the results of the survey and the performance of students in the two programs before and after the use of the new teaching method.Results A total of 884%of the students were satisfied with the mixed teaching of the course on the whole,and many enjoyed greatly the advantages including concise videos,focused knowledge points,convenient after⁃class review,and more opportunities to practice using software.After the reform,the course grades of students in the two programs Big Data Application and Management,and Nursing increased by 59 and 65,respectively,and the final exam scores increased by 82 and 98,respectively.Conclusion Well matched to the course characteristics and students′learning habits,the mixed teaching mode based on SPOC significantly improves the teaching effect.Future teaching should be tailored to students′learning characteristics,and diversified.In addition,teachers should keep pace with the times to constantly improve the teaching quality,while developing plans to shift between online and offline teaching flexibly.
