大数据发展趋势下“医学统计学”课程教学改革探索——以某医科大学为例

摘要 作为医学院校本科生和研究生必修的专业基础课程,“医学统计学”是关于医学健康数据的收集、整理、分析和解释的方法论学科,在医学上具有重要的作用。随着大数据时代的到来,大数据对医学统计数据的收集、整理和分析等方面的发展带来巨大的机遇和挑战,亟须对高等院校“医学统计学”课程作相应的教学改革。文章以大数据分析技术和“医学统计学”课程融合为例,剖析了大数据对“医学统计学”原理与方法提出挑战,并提出相关的教改建议举措,旨在提高课程教学质量,希望本研究能为我国“医学统计学”教学改革提供有益借鉴。 As a required professional course for undergraduate and graduate students in medical schools,medical statistics is of important teaching significance.With the adventof the era ofbig data,the reform and explorationof medical statistics curiculum teaching is becoming more and more important.Because big data brings great opportunities and callenges to the development of medical statistics collection,collation and analysis,in order to meet the needs of big data,it is urgent to reform the teaching of medical statistics in universities.This study takes the integration of big data analysis technology and medical statistics course as an example,analyzes the challenges to the principles and methods of medical statistics under the development trend ofbig data,and puts forward relevant suggestions for educational refom.It is hoped that these reforms can promote the futher optimization of the teaching mode of medical statistics in China.
