摘要
新高考背景下生涯规划教育在高中的地位得以提升,形成了课堂教学、专家讲座、心理测试、学科渗透、参观体验等多样化育人路径,促进了学生理性选科、科学规划专业和职业。当下高中开展生涯规划教育也存在许多困境,主要表现为:高中缺乏相应资源与能力、社会与家庭的系统性支持较弱、育人有功利化倾向、学生的获得感不强等。对此,从理论上澄清高中生涯规划教育价值,科学解读高中生涯规划教育的实践效能,为推动高中生涯规划教育的可持续发展提供参考。
Under the background of the new college entrance examination,the position of career planning education in senior high schools has been improved,forming diversified educational paths such as classroom teaching,expert lectures,psychological test,subject penetration,and visiting experience,which has promoted students to choose subjects rationally,plan majors and careers scientifically.At present,there are also many difficulties in carrying out career planning education in high schools,mainly manifested in the lack of corresponding resources and abilities,weak systematic support from society and families,utilitarian tendencies in education,and weak sense of achievement among students.This paper tries to clarify the value of high school career planning education in theory,scientifically interpret the practical effectiveness of high school career planning education,and provide scientific reference for promoting the sustainable development of high school career planning education.
