摘要
高中生涯规划课程建设既作为政策热点,又作为现实需要,在高考改革的驱动下,显得越来越迫切。本研究以文献分析为逻辑起点,对高中生涯规划课程的研究趋势和实践情况进行初步分析和解读,同时,结合实地走访和深度访谈,了解了部分学校生涯规划课程的目标设置、内容设计、实施运作情况,从而对高中生涯规划课程建设现状有了更为深入地理解。基于此,通过对课程设计理论与生涯规划课程实践经验的反思,旨在为高中生涯规划课程建设找到明确化的设计原则、价值选择、实践策略,为高中生涯规划课程的实施找到现实化的路径。
The construction and practice of high school career planning curriculum, both as policy focus and practical need, driven by the reform of the College Entrance Examination, is increasingly becoming urgent. Based on the literature review, the study first analyzed and interpreted the research trend and practice of high school career planning curriculum, then carried out field visits and interview survey to have an understanding of the status quo of the construction of high school career planning curriculum from three aspects, namely goal setting, content designing, and implementing. Finally, through the reflection on the curricular design theories and practical experience of high school career planning curriculum, the study aims to search for design principles, value orientation, and practical strategies for high school career planning curriculum.
