摘要
研究选取职业成熟度作为职业生涯规划水平指标,通过随机分层抽样的方式对成都市22个区市县的27所中学4278名高中学生进行调查。结果表明,高中生职业生涯规划水平处于中等水平,呈现稳定性高、主动性不足、功利性较强、职业世界知识匮乏的现状。此外,研究还发现高中生的职业生涯规划状态在性别、学生干部身份、学校类型、家庭所在地及父母受教育水平等维度上呈现出不同程度的差异性。
In this study,career maturity was selected as the index of career planning level,and 4278 senior high school students from 27 middle schools in 22 districts,cities,or counties of Chengdu were investigated by random stratified sampling.The results show that senior high school students'career planning level is in the middle level,showing the status of high stability,lack of initiatives,strong utilitarian tendency,and lack of knowledge in the professional world.In addition,the study also finds that senior high school students'career planning status show different degrees of differences in gender,student cadre identity,school type,family location and parents'education levels.
