摘要
家庭和学校合力开展生涯教育是大势所趋,更是学校生涯教育、学生发展和家庭教育等几方面的共同需求。在生涯教育中,家庭和学校承担着多重角色。学校是家庭生涯教育的指导者,家庭和学校是学生自我认知的支持者,家庭是学校生涯体验资源的提供者,家庭和学校是学生生涯决策的协作者。目前,生涯教育存在着任课教师参与不足、家长资源不稳定、家长参与意愿差异大等问题。
It is the general trend for families and schools to work together to carry out career education,but also the common needs of school career education,students’development and family education.In career education,families and schools play multiple roles.Schools are the directors of family career education.Families and schools are the supporters of students’self-knowledge.Families are the providers of career experience resources.Families and schools are the collaborators in students’career decisions.At present,there are some problems in career education,such as teachers’insufficient participation,parents’unstable resources and parents’different willingness to participate.
