摘要
以聚醚多元醇、聚己内酯二醇、环氧树脂、4.4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯为主要原料,制备了芳香族预聚体Y1;以聚醚多元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯为主要原料,制备了脂肪族预聚体Y2;Y1、Y2与偶联剂、催化剂等原料经充分混合后制得客车用环氧改性聚氨酯密封胶。探究了整车不同高度的车身温度,考察了两种预聚体比例、环氧树脂用量对密封胶性能的影响,同时研究了密封胶对电泳漆的影响以及密封胶的耐湿热和耐盐雾腐蚀性能。结果表明,按照车身1.7 m处最为苛刻的烘烤温度200℃进行实验,当Y1与Y2质量比为1∶1.1且Y1中环氧树脂质量分数为4%时,密封胶具有较好的综合性能。本产品不会释放出影响车身电泳质量的物质,具有良好的耐湿热和耐盐雾腐蚀性能,可为车身提供优良的密封和抗腐蚀作用。
The aromatic prepolymer Y1 was prepared from polyether polyol,polycaprolactone diol,epoxy resin and 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate,the aliphatic prepolymer Y2 was prepared from polyether polyol and isophorone diisocyanate.The epoxy modified polyurethane sealant for bus was prepared by mixing Y1 and Y2 with coupling agent,catalyst and other raw materials.The body temperature at different heights of the vehicle was tested.The effects of the proportion of two prepolymers and the amount of epoxy resin on the performance of sealant,the effect of sealant on electrophoretic paint,the resistance to heat&humidity and salt fog corrosion were investigated.The results showed that the sealant had better comprehensive performance when the mass ratio of Y1 to Y2 was 1∶1.1,and the mass fraction of epoxy resin in Y1 was 4%under the most severe baking temperature of 200℃at 1.7 m of the body.This sealant would not release substances that affect the electrophoretic paint quality of the bus body,and had good wet-heat resistance and salt fog corrosion resistance,which could provide excellent sealing and corrosion resistance for the bus body.
