摘要
为了满足钢结构设备表面的维修需要,制备了高固含低表面处理容忍性环氧涂层,并分别讨论了树脂含量、固化剂种类以及复配颜填料对于所制备涂层性能的影响。结果表明:采用最优配方(A组分中环氧树脂质量分数为25%,改性曼尼希碱为固化剂,磷酸锌、氧化锌、三聚磷酸铝、钼酸锌、复合铁钛粉复配体系为颜填料)制备的涂料具有较好的流动性和润湿性,在低表面处理基材上即可使用,成膜后涂层的防腐蚀性能优异。
Epoxy coatings with high solid content and low surface treatment tolerance were prepared,and the effects of resin content,curing agent type,compound of pigment and filler on the properties of the prepared coatings were discussed respectively,in order to meet the maintenance requirements of steel structure equipment surface.The results showed that the coating prepared with the optimum formula had good flow property and wettability,in which the mass fraction of epoxy resin in component A was 25%,modified Mannich base was curing agent,the compound of zinc phosphate,zinc oxide,aluminum tripolyphosphate,zinc molybdate,and composite iron-titanium powders was pigment and filler.So it was able to be used on the substrate after low surface treatment,and the corrosion resistance of the film coating was excellent.
