摘要 对高层建筑外窗嵌缝用硅酮密封胶的保温性能进行研究。以密度、热导率和含水率3个指标作为硅酮密封胶保温性能的衡量标准,考察养护时间和养护条件对硅酮密封胶保温性能的影响。试验结果表明,外窗嵌缝基材底涂处理、合适的养护时间(≥12 d)和水光热养护条件可以提高硅酮密封胶的保温性能。 The thermal insulation performance of silicone sealant for the external window caulking in high-rise building was studied,and the effects of curing time and curing conditions on the insulation performance of the silicone sealant were investigated by using density,thermal conductivity and moisture content as three indicators.The test results showed that the insulation performance of silicone sealant could be improved by using a primer treatment of the external window caulking,controlling the curing time(≥12 d)and setting up appropriate hydrothermal curing conditions.
