摘要
学业指导是高职教育的重要环节,有助于学生成长成才。多元、多方面的学业指导,能够帮助学生更好地掌握技术技能,树立正确的学业观、职业观。文章以工业机器人技术专业构建的以突出就业为导向、注重学生心理成长为特色的四阶段学业指导体系为例,介绍了在四个阶段如何有针对性对学生进行学业指导,帮助学生全面提升,高质量实现人才培养目标。
Academic guidance is an important part of vocational education,which helps students to grow up.Diversified and multifaceted academic guidance can help students better master technical skills and establish correct academic and professional perspectives.This article takes the four stage academic guidance system constructed for the industrial robot technology major,which is oriented towards highlighting employment and focuses on students'psychological growth,as an example.It introduces how to provide targeted academic guidance to students in the four stages,help them comprehensively improve,and achieve high-quality talent cultivation goals.
