摘要 教师是教育事业发展的基础,是提高高等教育质量、办好人民满意的高等教育的关键。华东师范大学立足学校现有资源,探索教师教学发展中心、教师教育实验教学中心和大学生学业发展指导中心的联动机制,有效提升青年教师教学能力,成为国内同类院校开展教师专业发展的重要借鉴。 As the basic guarantee of the educational development,teachers are the key factor to improve the quality of higher education and launch higher education that satisfies the needs of the people. Based on the existing resources,East China Normal University explores the linkage mechanism of teachersˊteaching center, experimental teaching center for teacher education and center for college studentsˊAcademic development guid-ance,effectively improves young teachersˊteaching ability,and it becomes an important reference for domes-tic universities and colleges to carry out teachersˊ professional development.
