摘要
环氧合酶(COX)是前列腺素E2(PGE2)合成的限速酶,二者与肿瘤发生发展密切相关,可通过不同信号通路诱导肿瘤细胞的表达;还可影响肿瘤血管形成、调节肿瘤相关免疫细胞等。因此,本文就COX-2/PGE2对肿瘤信号通路的调控及其对肿瘤血管以及免疫相关细胞的作用进行概述,以期为肿瘤的预防和治疗找到新的思路与方向。
Cyclooxygenase(COX)is a rate-limiting enzyme in the synthesis of prostaglandin E2(PGE2),which is closely related to tumor genesis and development.COX can induce the expression of tumor cells through different signal pathways,and can also affect tumor angiogenesis and regulate tumor-associated immune cells.Therefore,this article summarizes the regulation of COX-2/PGE2 on tumor signal pathways and its effects on tumor blood vessels and immune-related cells,in order to find new ideas and directions for tumor prevention and treatment.
