内地新疆中职班跨境电商实务课程教学探究

摘要 通过分析内地新疆中职班学生和跨境电商实务课程的特点,发现当前教学中存在教学内容与实际岗位需求脱节、教师实践空间有限、知识储备各异、学生学习基础参差、学习能力各异、实践环节薄弱、实践条件亟待提升等现实问题。因此,提出思政引领奠定人才培养基础、以岗位为指引扎实培养专业技能、以课堂为阵地传授专业基础知识、以竞赛为手段真正提升应用能力、以证书为目标取得行业相关认可、多课程联动共同塑造跨境电商思维等策略,以提升内地新疆中职班跨境电商实务课程的教学效果。 By analyzing the characteristics of secondary vocational class students and cross-border e-commerce practice courses in mainland Xinjiang,it is found that there are some practical problems in the current teaching,such as the disconnection between teaching content and actual post needs,limited practice space for teachers,different knowledge reserves,uneven learning foundation for students,different learning abilities,weak practice links,and urgent improvement of practical conditions.Therefore,it proposes such strategies as ideological and political guidance to lay the foundation for talent training,taking the position as the guide to firmly cultivate professional skills,taking the classroom as the position to teach professional basic knowledge,taking the competition as the means to truly improve the application ability,taking the certificate as the goal to obtain industry-related recognition,and multi-course linkage to jointly shape the thinking of cross-border e-commerce.In order to enhance the teaching effect of cross-border e-commerce practice courses for secondary vocational classes in mainland Xinjiang.
