摘要
目的探索医院医疗设备采取安全风险管理对于降低设备故障率和提高管理效果的影响。方法选取2022年1—12月期间邵阳市中心医院30名医护人员和200台常用的医疗设备为研究对象。2022年1—6月纳入30名医护人员和100台常用医疗设备采取常规管理,作为对照组;2022年7—12月纳入30名医护人员和100台常用医疗设备实施安全风险管理,作为观察组。统计两组管理效果评分、设备故障率以及医护人员满意度。结果观察组管理效果评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医疗设备故障率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医护人员满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院医疗设备管理运用安全风险管理模式,能够使医护人员掌握更多设备操作、检修维护技能,提高管理效果,降低设备风险及故障发生率,提高管理满意度。
Objective To explore the impact of hospital medical equipment safety risk management on reducing equipment failure rate and improving management effect.Methods From January to December 2022,30 medical staff and 200 commonly used medical equipment of Shaoyang Central Hospital were selected as the research objects.From January to June 2022,30 medical staff and 100 commonly used medical equipment were included in the control group for routine management.From July to December 2022,30 medical staff and 100 commonly used medical equipment were included in the observation group for safety risk management.Calculated two groups of management effectiveness scores,equipment failure rates,and medical staff satisfaction.Results The management effectiveness score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The failure rate of medical equipment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of medical staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of safety risk management mode in hospital medical equipment management can enable medical staff to master more equipment operation,maintenance and repair skills,improve management effectiveness,reduce equipment risks and failure rates,and improve management satisfaction.
