摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环理论在医院血液透析机质控管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018、2019、2020年医院血液透析机作为研究对象,自2018年开始开展基于PDCA循环理论的血液透析机临床使用安全和质控活动,成立由医师、护士、工程师组成的质控小组,分工负责,总结2018、2019、2020年医院血液透析机质控结果。结果2019年和2020年各项检测指标均符合要求。结论PDCA循环理论在医院血液透析机质控管理中的应用效果良好。
Objective The application effects of PDCA cycle theory in the quality control management of hemodialysis machines in the hospital were explored.Methods The hemodialysis machines used in the hospital in 2018,2019 and 2020 were selected as subjects.Since 2018,the activities of clinical safety and quality control about hemodialysis machines based on PDCA cycle theory has been carried out and the quality control team consisted of doctors,nurses,and engineers were founded,with each role in charge of its own mission.Meanwhile the quality control results of hemodialysis machines in the hospital were summarized.Results In 2019 and 2020,all the quality testing index of hemodialysis machines could meet requirements.Conclusion The application effects of PDCA cycle theory in the quality control management of hemodialysis machines in the hospital were fine.
