摘要
介绍了血液透析机常见的报警类型和要素分析法的定义,结合维修实例具体阐述了利用要素分析法排除血液透析机水路报警和血路报警故障的过程,指出了利用要素分析法排除血液透析机报警是可行的,可供临床工程师借鉴。
The types of common alarm failures of the hemodialysis machine and the concept of factor analysis method(FAM)were introduced.Some examples were taken to describe the FAM-based treatment of common failures of the liquid and blood pipelines of the hemodialysis machine.It's pointed out FAM gained feasibility for eliminating the alarm failures of the hemodialysis machine,and references were provided for the clinical engineer.
