摘要
目的分析血液系统肿瘤教学中应用案例与临床路径模式的价值。方法选取2019年1月—2022年12月衡阳市中医医院肿瘤内科血液组的研究生、规培生90名作为研究对象,根据不同教学模式分成两组,每组45名。其中对照组选择常规教学模式开展血液系统肿瘤教学,而研究组则选择案例与临床路径模式开展血液系统肿瘤教学。观察比较两组的教学效果。结果相比于对照组,研究组理论知识考核成绩、临床知识考核成绩、满意度评分均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组分析能力、系统化能力、求知欲、寻求真相各维度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液系统肿瘤教学中,应用案例与临床路径模式能在病例中有效融入血液学的相关理论知识,让学生能深刻理解所学知识,更好地掌握并应用于临床,进而显著提高教学质量及研究性。
Objective To analyze the value of application cases and clinical pathway mode in the teaching of hematological system tumor.Methods From January 2019 to December 2022,90 graduate students and regular trainees from the Blood Group of the Department of Oncology,Hengyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to different teaching modes,with 45 cases in each group.The control group chose conventional teaching mode to carry out hematological tumor teaching,while the research group chose case and clinical pathway mode to carry out hematological tumor teaching.The teaching effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the theoretical knowledge assessment score,clinical knowledge assessment score and satisfaction score of the study group were significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of analysis ability,systematization ability,thirst for knowledge and truth seeking in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of hematological oncology,the application of case and clinical pathway model can effectively integrate the relevant theoretical knowledge of Hematology into the cases,so that students can deeply understand the knowledge,better master and apply it in clinical practice,and then significantly improve the teaching quality and research.
