摘要
以我国医学创新人才的培养为研究对象,采用文献法、比较法和案例分析法等多种研究方法,借鉴国内外研究者在创新人才、创新人才培养等方面的研究成果,取其精华,结合我国医学教育改革实践,提出我国医学院校培养创新人才的可操作性方法,PBL法、类比法、模仿法、5W h法和循证医学法,以期对我国培养医学创新型人才、建设创新型国家起到积极作用。
Taking cultivation of innovative medical talents as the object, using several methods such as document retrieval, comparison and case analysis, learning related research findings at abroad, and combining reform practice in China, the maneuverable methods to cultivate innovative medical talents were studied, mainly as problem- based learning, analogy, imitation, five WY and evidence - based medicine, which should be helpful to promote the cultivation of innovative medical talents and construction of innovative country.
