摘要
目的研究分析普外科采取层级管理在提高护士护理质量及工作能力中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月潍坊市中医院普外科在职护士24名作为研究对象,在2021年1—12月采取常规护理管理,将其设置为研究对照组,2022年1—12月采取层级管理,将其作为观察组。比较在不同管理模式下护士的护理质量、工作能力和患者满意度。结果观察组病区管理(95.03±4.16)分、护理安全(96.51±2.31)分、健康教育(97.08±1.43)分和护理干预(97.63±2.35)分评分显著高于对照组(85.17±6.92)分、(90.22±5.13)分、(84.65±6.89)分、(90.28±6.19)分,且观察组护理观察、应急、规避纠纷、规避风险和感染防护能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外科采取层级管理有着良好的应用优势,管理后护士的工作能力得到明显提升,并且提高整体护理质量,患者对护士服务的满意度更高,该护理管理模式具有较高的推广价值。
Objective To study and analyze the value of adopting cascade management in general surgery in improving nurses´quality of care and work ability.Methods Twenty-four nurses who were employed in the Department of General Surgery of Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Conventional nursing management was adopted from January to December 2021 and set as the control group.Cascade management was adopted from January to December 2022 and set as the observation group.The nurses´quality of care,work ability and and patient satisfaction were compared under different management models.Results The observation group scored significantly higher than the control group in the ward management(95.03±4.16)points,nursing safety(96.51±2.31)points,health education(97.08±1.43)points and nursing intervention(97.63±2.35)points scores,while the control group scored(85.17±6.92)points,(90.22±5.13)points,(84.65±6.89)points,(90.28±6.19)points respectively,the scores of nursing observation,emergency response,dispute avoidance,risk avoidance and infection protection in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of cascade management in general surgery has good application advantages.The nurses´work ability was significantly improved after the management and the overall quality of care was improved.Patients are more satisfied with nurses´services.This nursing management model has high promotion value.
