护士长人性化管理在急诊科护理管理中的应用及对护士职业倦怠的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探析在急诊科护理管理中应用护士长人性化管理的质量效果。方法内蒙古自治区兴安盟人民医院自2021年6月在急诊科展开护士长人性化管理,设2020年5月—2021年5月常规管理模式下为对照组,设2021年6月—2022年8月为观察组,选取40名护士为分析对象。从护士的护理质量、负性情绪、职业倦怠情况来评价护士长人性化管理的应用价值。结果观察组护士面容仪表、文书书写、基础护理、护理态度的各项目及护理质量总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士焦虑、抑郁情绪评价分数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士情绪耗竭、去个性化分数低于对照组,个人成就感分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科护理中应用护士长人性化管理模式有助于提升整体护理质量,对护士而言可调整其负性情绪,改善职业倦怠情况,对提高医院整体服务有积极影响。 Objective To explore the quality effect of humanized management of head nurses in emergency department nursing management.Methods The Hinggan League People´s Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has started humanized management of head nurses in the emergency department since June 2021.The control group was set up under the conventional management mode from May 2020 to May 2021,and the observation group was set up from June 2021 to August 2022.Forty nursing staff were selected as the analysis objects.The application value of humanized management of head nurses was evaluated from the nursing quality,negative emotion and job burnout of nursing staff under two management modes.Results In the observation group,the total score of all items and nursing quality of facial appearance,document writing,basic nursing and nursing attitude were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,nurses´emotional exhaustion and personalization scores were lower than those in the control group,and personal accomplishment score was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized management mode of head nurse in emergency department nursing is helpful to improve the overall nursing quality,adjust the negative emotions of nursing staff,improve job burnout,and have a positive impact on improving the overall hospital service.
