摘要
目的探讨层级管理联合“雁阵效应”在临床护理工作质量提升中的应用效果。方法选取在我院工作的60名女性护理人员为研究对象,将未实施层级管理联合“雁阵效应”前的2018年3月至6月设为对照组,实施后的2018年7月至9月设为观察组。比较两组干预效果。结果观察组护理人员的整体护理、基础护理、文书书写、病房管理、健康教育评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员的理论知识评分和护理实践操作评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员的日常工作愉悦感、自我价值体现、能力成长评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论层级管理与“雁阵效应”联合应用可提升护理人员个人技能,促进护理质量和患者满意度提高。
Objective To explore the application effect of hierarchical management combined with"wild goose queue effect"in improving the quality of clinical nursing work.Methods A total of 60 female nursing staffs working in our hospital were selected as the research objects.From March to June 2018 before the implementation of hierarchical management combined with"wild goose queue effect"was set as the control group,and from July to September 2018 after the implementation was set as the observation group.The intervention effects between the two groups were compared.Results The scores of nursing staffs of holistic nursing,basic nursing,document writing,ward management and health education in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing staffs of theoretical knowledge and nursing practice in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing staffs of daily work pleasure,self-worth,ability growth in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The patients'nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of hierarchical management and"wild goose queue effect"can improve the personal skills of nursing staff,and promote the improvement of nursing quality and patients'satisfaction.
