摘要
目的了解女大学生对人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)疫苗的知晓情况和接种意愿,并分析影响接种意愿的相关因素。方法于2020年2月招募郑州市某高校女大学生作为研究对象,使用网络问卷调查研究对象人口学信息、HPV疫苗相关认知和接种意愿。采用多因素logistic回归模型分析接种意愿的影响因素。结果共纳入研究对象449例,其中52.1%听说过HPV,51.0%听说过HPV疫苗,90.6%赞成疫苗可以有效预防疾病。研究对象HPV疫苗相关知识得分为(4.60±2.53)分(总分11分)。23.4%的学生表示有意愿在未来6个月内接种HPV疫苗。多因素logistic回归分析显示,听说过HPV疫苗、能接受婚前性行为、HPV相关知识得分较高的女大学生疫苗接种意愿较高(P<0.05)。结论女大学生对HPV疫苗的知晓率处于中等水平,但HPV疫苗相关知识素养水平和接种意愿较低;是否听说过HPV疫苗、对婚前性行为态度和HPV疫苗相关知识知晓程度是影响接种意愿的主要因素,建议今后继续加强HPV疫苗的宣传教育。
Objective To investigate the knowledge of human papillomavirus(HPV)vaccine and vaccination intention among female college students,and explore the relevant factors affecting vaccination intention.Methods In February 2020,convenience sampling was adopted to recruit female college students from a university in Zhengzhou.The demographic information,HPV vaccine-related cognition and vaccination intention of the students were investigated using online questionnaires.Multivariate logistic regression model were used to analyze the influencing factors of vaccination intention.Results A total of 449 students were included,of which 52.1%had heard of HPV,51.0%had heard of HPV vaccine,and 90.6%agreed that vaccine could effectively prevent diseases.The score of HPV vaccine-related knowledge was(4.60±2.53)points(11 points in total).A total of 23.4%of the students expressed their willingness to be vaccinated with HPV vaccine in the next six months.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that female college students who had heard of HPV vaccine,accepted premarital sexual behavior and scored higher in HPV-related knowledge had higher willingness to vaccinate(P<0.05).Conclusion The awareness rate of HPV vaccine among female college students is at a moderate level,but the level of knowledge and literacy related to HPV vaccine and vaccination willingness are relatively low.Whether heard of HPV vaccine,attitude towards premarital sexual behavior and knowledge about HPV vaccine are the main factors that affect the vaccination intention.It is suggested to continue to strengthen the publicity and education of HPV vaccine in the future.
