摘要
目的:了解县域大学生性健康知识的掌握程度、性相关行为现状、对性相关问题的态度,为做好大学生性健康教育提供依据。方法:选取四川某县域高校在校大学生作为研究对象,自制匿名问卷进行调查,统计调查结果。结果:共1107名大学生参与调查。生殖健康知识知晓率38.84%~66.58%,避孕及安全套使用知识知晓率18.61%~54.38%,艾滋病及性病知识知晓率55.83%~82.29%,男生对安全套避孕知识正答率高于女生(P<0.05),女生对生殖健康知识、艾滋病及性病相关问题正答率高于男生(P<0.05);男女生在避孕方式选择优先考虑问题的态度、对婚前性行为和性教育会导致更多性行为的态度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);83.74%大学生认为大学应该开展性教育课程;大学生性行为发生率为14.54%,23.58%自主学习过如何使用安全套,17.25%大学生观看过淫秽视频或色情书籍。结论:县域大学生对性健康知识的了解参差不齐,对避孕相关知识了解有限,对性相关问题的态度需要加强,性相关行为不少见。根据县域大学生的特点,有针对性地开展系统、全面的性健康通识教育。
Objective:To understand the mastery of sexual health knowledge,the status of sexual behavior and the attitude to sexual problems among county college students,so as to provide basis for sexual health education of county college students.Methods:Students in a higher vocational college in Sichuan Province were selected as the research objects.The selfdesigned anonymous questionnaire was used to conduct survey,and the results were analyzed.Results:A total of 1107 college students participated in the survey.The awareness rate of reproductive health knowledge among college students was 38.84%-66.58%,the awareness rate of contraception knowledge and condom use was 18.61%-54.38%,and the awareness rate of AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases(STDs)knowledge was 55.83%-82.29%.Male students had a significantly higher rate of correct answers to the knowledge of condom contraception than female students(P<0.05).The correct answer rates of reproductive health,AIDS and STDs knowledge in female students were higher than those in male students(P<0.05).There were significant differences between male and female students in the priority of contraceptive choice,and the attitudes to premarital sexual behavior and sexual education(P<0.05).And 83.74%of college students thought that sex education should be carried out.And 14.54%of college students had sexual behavior,23.58%had learned how to use condoms,17.25%had watched pornographic videos or books.Conclusions:The knowledge of sexual health among county students is uneven,the knowledge of contraception was limited,the attitude to sexual related problems needs to be strengthened,and the occurrence of sexual behavior is not rare.According to the characteristics of college students in county region,systematic and comprehensive sexual health general education should be carried out.
