班级授课制约束下智能技术有效赋能个性化学习的实践路径与风险规避

Practice Path and Risk Avoidance of Intelligent Technology Effectively Enabling Personalized Learning under the Constraint of Class Teaching System

摘要 进入教育改革发展新时期,“学校规模化教学”与“学习者个性化发展”之间的矛盾是我国教育面临的主要矛盾之一。大数据、人工智能等新兴技术通过赋能教学全过程,为突破这一矛盾提供了契机。文章在回顾个性化学习相关研究的基础上,从教学思路与方法选用固化、教学过程动态化调控困难、优秀教师个性化指导缺失等方面分析了规模化教育与个性化培养有机结合的瓶颈;从技术赋能角度,提出了课前智能诊断个性导学、课中人网融合协同研学、课后精准评价智慧助学的个性化教学模式;对教育实践技术化的风险进行审思,提出了规避策略,以期为班级规模化统一教学下个性化培养的教育实践提供指导。 In the new era of educational reform and development,the contradiction between“large-scale teaching in schools”and“personalized development of learners”is one of the main contradictions facing China's education.Emerging technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence provide an opportunity to break through this contradiction through the whole process of enabling teaching.On the basis of reviewing the relevant research on personalized learning,this paper analyzes the bottleneck of the organic combination of large-scale education and personalized training from the aspects of the solidification of teaching ideas and methods,the difficulty of dynamic regulation of teaching process,the insufficient supply of large-scale excellent teachers and the lack of personalized guidance for teachers;from the perspective of technology empowerment,this paper puts forward a personalized teaching mode of intelligent diagnosis before class,personalized guidance,in class human network integration and collaborative research,and accurate evaluation of intelligent assistance after class;this paper examines the risks of the technicalization of educational practice,and puts forward avoidance strategies,in order to provide guidance for the educational practice of personalized training under the unified teaching of class scale.
