摘要
2021年中国高等教育已进入全民普及阶段,同时创新驱动的国家战略要求高校人才培养凸显个性化和创新性。高等教育规模化教育意味着教育机会公平,个性化培养意味着高质量育人,二者虽在理论和实践存在差异性,却同一于价值发挥,并在智能技术的催化下均衡不足,逐步走向融合。智能技术的发展赋高等教育以新范式、新技术、新环境和新要素,使规模化教育和个性化培养得以可能。基于嵌入理论,从完善技术赋能的技术制度规范、课堂教学结构、师—机—生关系和终身学习文化等四个方面,给出技术赋能高等教育规模化教育与个性化培养结合的实践建议。
Higher education has entered the stage of universal popularization in 2021.At the same time,the innovation-driven national strategy requires the talent training of colleges and universities to highlight individuation and innovation.Large-scale education in higher education means fair educational opportunities,and personalized training means high-quality education.Although there are differences in theory and practice,they are the same in the exertion of value,and under the catalysis of intelligent technology,the balance is insufficient,and gradually move towards integration.The development of intelligent technology endows higher education with new paradigm,new technology,new environment and new elements,which makes large-scale education and personalized training possible.Based on the embedding theory,this paper puts forward some practical suggestions on the combination of large-scale education and personalized training of technology empowerment higher education from four aspects:perfecting the technical system norms of technology empowerment,classroom teaching structure,teacher-machine-student relationship and lifelong learning culture.
