摘要
为了有效地践行《国家标准化发展纲要》中“推进公共资源交易标准制定和推广”的要求,同时,促进2023版GB/T24421系列标准的有效实施,以济南公共资源交易为例开展公共资源交易服务标准体系的研究,为该行业提供具有普适性的规则,保障公共资源交易服务的供给,为各方交易主体提供更优质高效的服务,让企业有更多获得感,助力优化营商环境。
In order to effectively practice the requirements of“promoting the development and promotion of public resource trading standards”in the National Standardization Development Outline,and promote the effective implementation of the 2023 version of GB/T 24421 series standards,this paper takes Jinan public resource trading as an example to carry out the research on the standards system on public resource trading services,so as to provide the industry with universal rules,ensure the supply of public resource trading services,provide better and more efficient services to all trading entities,give enterprises a greater sense of gain,and help optimize the business environment.
