摘要
交易项目档案可以真实地对公共资源交易参与各方的交易活动内容进行记载,是公共资源交易工作的相关法律依据,交易档案管理是公共资源交易工作的重要组成部分,关系着交易工作规范运行、稳步发展的大局。如何管好、用好项目交易档案,做到对交易过程负责,为交易工作服务,促进公共资源交易事业发展,值得我们认真研究和探讨。从交易项目档案管理的必要性,档案管理的标准、模式及立法,档案管理的措施等方面加以探讨、分析以资实现规范交易项目档案管理和项目档案价值与作用的目的。
