摘要
目的探讨临床诊断多发性骨髓瘤疾病通过β2微球蛋白值检测的应用价值。方法选择2020年1月—2022年12月徐州矿务集团总医院收治的42例多发性骨髓瘤确诊患者作为观察组,选择同期于本院进行体检的健康体检者42例作为对照组,均利用免疫散射比浊法检测β2微球蛋白指标,记录并对比组间结果差异性。结合观察组多发性骨髓瘤患者不同分期,比较β2微球蛋白结果的变化趋势。整合计算β2微球蛋白用于诊断多发性骨髓瘤疾病的灵敏度、特异性及准确率。结果观察组多发性骨髓瘤患者β2微球蛋白测定值(9.47±1.13)mg/L明显高于对照组体检者,差异有统计学意义(t=33.564,P<0.05)。结合观察组患者肿瘤分期结果显示,Ⅲ期患者β2微球蛋白测定值明显高于Ⅱ期与Ⅰ期患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。β2微球蛋白用于诊断多发性骨髓瘤疾病的灵敏度为95.24%、特异性为97.62%、准确率为96.43%。结论通过检测β2微球蛋白指标可用于临床诊断多发性骨髓瘤疾病,同时根据测定结果辅助判断患者疾病分期,具有较高的灵敏度与准确性。
Objective To explore the application value ofβ2 microglobulin value detection in clinical diagnosis of mul⁃tiple myeloma.Methods A total of 42 patients diagnosed with multiple myeloma treated in Xuzhou Mining Group Gen⁃eral Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group.A total of 42 healthy sub⁃jects who underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.All the indicators ofβ2 microglobulin were detected by immunoscattering nephelometric method,and the differences in the results between the groups were recorded and compared.Combined with the different stages of multiple myeloma pa⁃tients in the observation group,the change trend of the results ofβ2 microglobulin was compared.Integrative calcula⁃tion of the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy ofβ2 microglobulin in the diagnosis of multiple myeloma.Results The measured value ofβ2 microglobulin in multiple myeloma patients in the observation group(9.47±1.13)mg/L was sig⁃nificantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=33.564,P<0.05).Combined with the results of tumor staging of patients in the observation group,the measured value ofβ2 microglobulin in stageⅢpatients was significantly higher than that in stageⅡand stageⅠpatients,and the difference was sta⁃tistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity ofβ2 microglobulin for the diagnosis of multiple myeloma is 95.24%,the specificity is 97.62%,and the accuracy is 96.43%.Conclusion The detection ofβ2 microglobulin index can be used for clinical diagnosis of multiple myeloma disease,and at the same time,it can be used to assist in judging the disease stage of patients according to the measurement results.It has high sensitivity and accuracy.
