摘要
传统的观点认为红细胞(RBCs)是一种结构简单功能单一的细胞,但目前越来越多的证据表明RBCs不是被动地对周围环境做出反应,而是具有自我调节特性的高度活跃细胞,可以改变血液的流动行为。本文从输出血管活性介质、与血管内皮细胞相互作用、改变血流变和释放衍生微粒等方面就RBCs对循环的调节作用进行了综述,以期为糖尿病等心血管疾病的研究及治疗提供新的视角和方向。
The traditional view is that red blood cells(RBCs)are a kind of cell with simple structure and single function,but there is more and more evidence that RBCs are not passively responding to the surrounding environment,they are highly active cells with self-regulating properties that alter the flow of blood.In this article,we reviewed the regulation of RBCs on circulation,including the delivery of vasoactive mediators,interaction with Endothelium,alteration of hemorheology and release of derived microparticles,the aim is to provide a new perspective and direction for the research and treatment of cardiovascular diseases such as diabetes mellitus.
