摘要
目的探究非瓣膜性阵发性心房颤动与红细胞分布宽度之间的相关性。方法整群选取自2012年3月—2015年3月该院接收的44例非瓣膜性阵发性心房颤动患者为实验组,另选取同期该院收治的32例非心房颤动患者为对照组,探究非瓣膜性阵发性心房颤动与红细胞分布宽度之间的相关性。结果实验组LVEF水平(58.9±7.6)%vs(61.5±5.1)%较对照组明显下降差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),RDW(12.7±0.9)%vs(11.1±0.6)%、LAD水平(38.7±7.0)mm vs(34.4±4.5)mm较对照组显著上升差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非瓣膜性阵发性心房颤动者多表现为RDW水平增高,其可能是诱发阵发性心房颤动的关键因素。
Objective To explore the correlation between nonvalvular paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and red blood cell distribution width. Methods 44 cases of patients with nonvalvular paroxysmal atrial fibrillation admitted into the hospital from March 2012 to March 2015 were selected as the experimental group, while the other 32 cases in the same period were selected as the control group. They all received the examination of laboratory and echocardiography to explore the correlation between nonvalvular parox-ysmal atrial fibrillation and red blood cell distribution width. Results The level of LVEF of the experimental group(58.9±7.6)% vs (61.5±5.1)%decreased significantly compared with the control group (P〈0.05). The levels of RDW (12.7±0.9)% vs (11.1±0.6)%and LAD (38.7±7.0)mm vs (34.4±4.5)mm of the experimental group increased significantly compared with those of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Patients with nonvalvular paroxysmal atrial fibrillation show the increasing level of RDW, which may be the key factors inducing paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, so enough clinical attention should be paid.
