摘要
对采用高效液相色谱法测定吡硫鎓锌等19种组分含量,建立了方法的数学模型,分析了检测过程中的不确定度的来源,进行不确定度评定。测量不确定度主要来源包括:标准物质称量、玻璃量器移液定容、标准曲线、样品称量、样品定容、重复性、液相色谱仪。被测化妆品中吡硫鎓锌等19种组分的含量范围为0.0044%~0.1837%,当取置信概率为95%,包含因子k=2时,相应的扩展不确定度范围为0.0001%~0.0074%。标准物质称量、玻璃量器移液定容和标准曲线引入的不确定度分量为合成不确定度的主要贡献量,建议通过增加系列标准工作溶液实验点数,定期对仪器及量器进行检定和维护等方法减小测量结果的不确定度。
Uncertainties from the determination procedure of zinc pyrithione and other eighteen compounds in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was assessed.The mathematical model was established,and each source of uncertainty component were analyzed.The main sources of measurement uncertainty include reference material weighing,glass measuring pipette constant volume,standard curve,sample weighing,sample constant volume,repeatability,and liquid chromatography.The content range of 19 components such as zinc pyrithione in the measured cosmetics was 0.0044%to 0.1837%,the corresponding extended uncertainty range(95%confidence level,k=2)was 0.0001%to 0.0074%.The uncertainty component introduced by the standard material weighing,the pipetting volume of the glass gauge and the standard curve were the main contribution to the synthetic uncertainty.It was suggested to reduce the uncertainty of the measurement results by increasing the number of experimental points of a series of standard working solutions and regularly verifying and maintaining the instrument and the gauge,and other methods.
