摘要
永磁筒式磁选机由于磁场恒定,难以将团聚中包裹的脉石和贫连生体有效剥离,故而提精效果有限。将电磁柱式精选机和筒式磁选机进行对比分析,阐明电磁柱式精选机磁场具有减小磁团聚体积、弱化磁团聚强度、打散磁团聚-剥离脉石等方面的优势。工业应用表明:采用1台φ2 m的大型智能电磁柱式精选机可取代原选铁流程双系列二磨后所有精选磁选设备,最终获得精矿品位为66.3%。大型智能电磁柱式精选机的应用,提升了选厂铁精矿品位,简化了选铁工艺流程,减少了磁选设备的使用量。
Due to the constant magnetic field,it is difficult for the drum permanent magnetic separator to effectively separate the gangue and poor coenobium wrapped in the agglomeration,resulting in limiting the refining effect.In this paper,the electromagnetic column separator and the drum magnetic separator were compared and analyzed.It was clarified that the magnetic field of the electromagnetic column separator had the advantages of reducing the magnetic agglomeration volume,weakening the magnetic agglomeration strength,and breaking the magnetic agglomeration to separate gangue.The industrial application showed that the use of aφ2 m intelligent large-scale electromagnetic column separator could replace all the magnetic separators after the double series secondary grinding of the original iron separation process,and finally obtain a concentrate grade of 66.3%.The application ofφ2 m intelligent large-scale electromagnetic column separator had improved the grade of iron concentrate in the concentrator,simplified the iron separation process and reduced the use of magnetic separation equipment.
