摘要
云南某矿山生产的铁精矿中含SiO2的量平均达到8.50%,为了提高铁精矿品质,开展提铁降硅试验研究,使用再磨后磁选,磁选精矿反浮选的流程,试验结果使铁精矿中的硅由8.65%降到了1.88%,铁品位由61.71%提高到69.39%,铁的损失率为3.47%。
The iron concentrate from a mine in Yunnan has the average SiO2 content of about 8.50%. The tests for upgrading concentrate have been carried out. Raw concentrate was separated by magnetic separation after re-grinding, then the concentrate from magnetic separation was further separated by reverse floatation. Test results show that the SiO2 content was decreased from 8.50% to 1. 88% and the Fe content was increased from 61.71% to 69.39% ; the loss rate of Fe was 3.47%.
