酒钢湿式筒式磁选机设备优化及生产实践 被引量:2

Equipment optimization and production practice of wet drum magnetic separator in Jiuquan Iron & Steel

摘要 目前湿式筒式磁选机底水多点给入方式不能完全冲散矿浆,强磁性粗颗粒矿石沉积,微细颗粒不能完全松散,磁选机选矿效率低,有价金属流失过多。设计了一种新底水总成装置,对新底水装置和原底水装置进行了粒度筛析和选矿效率对比试验。结果表明:采用新底水装置的磁选机,选别充分,机械夹杂少,选别精度高;精矿品位提高了3.4个百分点,抛尾产率提高了4.1个百分点,选矿效率提高了5.19个百分点。 At present, the bottom water of the wet drum magnetic separator cannot scatter slurry completely by multi-point feeding method, strong-magnetism coarse particles settle down, micro-fine particles cannot loosen completely, which leads to low separation efficiency of the magnetic separator and excessive loss of valuable metal. Therefore, a new bottom water feeding device was designed, and the comparative test for the new bottom water feeding device and original one in particle size sieving and separation efficiency was conducted.The results showed: the magnetic separator with new bottom water feeding device was characterized by full separation, less mechanical inclusion and high separation precision;the concentrate grade enhanced by 3.4percentage points, the waste-throwing yield enhanced by 4.1 percentage points, and the separation efficiency increased by 5.19 percentage points.
