近红外光谱技术快速检测甜叶菊中绿原酸含量 被引量:2

Rapid determination of chlorogenic acid in Stevia rebaudiana by near-infrared spectroscopy

摘要 为实现甜叶菊中绿原酸含量的快速检测,该研究利用近红外光谱技术结合偏最小二乘法对甜叶菊绿原酸含量的光谱数据进行了近红外模型分析。结果表明,采用多元散射校正(multiplicative scatter correction,MSC)+Savitzky-Golay卷积平滑预处理算法和无信息变量消除法(uniformative variable elimination,UVE)特征波长选择算法,绿原酸含量近红外模型的性能最好。该模型的交互验证相关系数(correlation coefficient in cross validation,R_(CV))和交互验证残差均方根(root mean square error of cross validation,RMSECV)分别为0.9453和0.2631;验证集相关系数(correlation coefficient in validation,R_(P))和验证集残差均方根(root mean square error of prediction,RMSEP)分别为0.9521和0.2472。研究表明,利用近红外光谱技术对甜叶菊绿原酸含量进行快速检测是可行的,使用该模型对绿原酸含量具有良好的预测效果,可为甜叶菊绿原酸含量快速检测提供新的参考。 To realize the rapid detection of chlorogenic acid content in Stevia rebaudiana,near-infrared spectroscopy combined with the partial least square method was used to analyze the spectral data of chlorogenic acid content in Stevia rebaudiana.Results showed that the performance of the near-infrared model of chlorogenic acid content was the best by using multiple scatter correction(MSC)+Savitzky-Golay smoothing preprocessing algorithm and uniform variable elimination(UVE)characteristic wavelength selection algorithm.The correlation coefficient in cross-validation(R_(CV))and root mean square error of cross-validation(RMSECV)were 0.9453 and 0.2631 respectively.The correlation coefficient in validation(R_(P))and root mean square error of prediction(RMSEP)were 0.9521 and 0.2472 respectively.Results showed that it was feasible to use near-infrared spectroscopy to detect the chlorogenic acid content of Stevia rebaudiana quickly,and the model had a good prediction effect on the chlorogenic acid content,which could provide a new reference for the rapid detection of the chlorogenic acid content of Stevia rebaudiana.
