摘要
目的探讨全数字化乳腺钼靶X线在早期乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2015年9月至2020年8月于本院治疗的98例早期乳腺癌女性患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行彩超和全数字化乳腺钼靶X线检查,比较两种检查方案在不同病变部位、不同病灶类型中的检出率及对不同年龄段乳腺癌的检出率。结果全数字化乳腺钼靶X线不同病变部位乳腺癌总检出率(94.90%)高于彩超(82.65%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全数字化乳腺钼靶X线不同病灶类型乳腺癌总检出率(94.90%)高于彩超检查(82.65%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全数字化乳腺钼靶X线对年龄>40岁患者乳腺癌检出率(96.77%)高于彩超声检查(79.03%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种检查方法对年龄≤40岁患者乳腺癌检出率比较差异无统计学意义。结论全数字化乳腺钼靶X线在早期乳腺癌中的诊断价值较高,且安全、高效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the value of full digital mammography in the diagnosis of early breast cancer.Methods 98 female patients with early breast cancer who were treated in our hospital from September 2015 to August 2020 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were underwent color ultrasound and full digital mammography,and the detection rates of the two examination schemes in different lesion locations and different lesion types and in breast cancer at different ages were compared.Results The total detection rate of breast cancer in different lesions sites of full digital mammography(94.90%)was significantly higher than that in color ultrasound(82.65%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total detection rate of different focus types of breast cancer in full digital mammography(94.90%)was higher than that in color ultra-sound(82.65%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of breast cancer in full digital mammography patients aged>40 years(96.77%)was higher than that of color ultrasound(79.03%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two methods in the detection rate of breast cancer between the two methods in patients≤40 years.Conclusion The full digital mammography has high diagnostic value in early breast cancer,and is safe and efficient,which is worthy of clinical promotion and appli-cation.
