摘要
目的 研究乳腺癌采用全数字化乳腺钼靶X线摄影诊断的准确度及灵敏度。方法 选择本院2019年1月—2021年12月诊治的94例确诊为乳腺癌的患者为研究对象,分别给予全数字化乳腺钼靶X线摄影、磁共振检查,对比两种检查手段的准确度、灵敏度。结果 全数字化乳腺钼靶X线摄影检查准确率为97.87%,明显高于核磁共振检查的77.66%,相对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);全数字化乳腺钼靶X线摄影灵敏度为97.80%(89/91),明显高于核磁共振检查的87.78%,相对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全数字化乳腺钼靶X线摄影检出的肿瘤最大直径为(18.81±0.98)mm,明显大于病理检出测量值(17.91±1.09)mm,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 乳腺癌患者采用全数字化乳腺钼靶X线摄影检查,可较好地显示病灶具体情况,准确率、灵敏度较高,值得借鉴。
Objective To study accuracy and sensitivity of full digital mammography in diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods The paper chose 94 patients diagnosed with breast cancer in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021,treated with full digital mammography and magnetic resonance imaging respectively,compared accuracy and sensitivity of two examinations.Results Accuracy rate of full digital mammography was 97.87%,significantly higher than magnetic resonance imaging(77.66%),difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Sensitivity of fully digital mammography with molybdenum target was 97.80%(89/91),significantly higher than nuclear magnetic resonance examination(87.78%),difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Maximum diameter of tumor detected by fully digital mammography was(18.81±0.98)mm,significantly larger than pathological measurement value(17.91±1.09)mm.Comparison showed,difference was not statistically significant,P>0.05.Conclusion Full digital mammography can display specific lesion situation of breast cancer patients well,with high accuracy and sensitivity,which is worthy of reference.
