摘要
目的研究乳腺癌患者采用彩色超声联合X线钼靶摄影诊断的临床效果。方法选取2018年2月-2019年2月期间郑州市第七人民医院收治的100例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,所有患者入院后均实施彩色超声及X线钼靶摄影检查,后均经过病理学检验证实为乳腺癌。对比单一彩色超声检查、单一X线钼靶摄影检查与彩色超声联合X线钼靶摄影检查的诊断准确率及检查结果,以及三种检查对不同直径肿块的检出率。结果彩超+X线诊断准确率为98.00%(98/100),单一彩超诊断准确率为74.00%(74/100),单一X线诊断准确率为72.00%(72/100),彩超+X线诊断准确率显著高于单一彩超和单一X线(P <0.05);彩超+X线各分型检出率均优于单一彩超和单一X线(P <0.05);彩超+X线不同直径肿块检出率均显著高于单一彩超和单一X线(P <0.05)。结论对乳腺癌患者采用彩色超声联合X线钼靶摄影诊断,诊断准确性较高,能更好显示肿瘤各方面特征,便于乳腺癌早发现早治疗,值得信赖。
Objective To study the clinical effects of color ultrasound combined with X-ray mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods 100 cases of breast cancer patients admitted to the 7 th People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou City from February 20 to February 2019 were selected.All patients underwent color ultrasound and X-ray mammography after admission.All patients were confirmed to be breast cancer by pathological examination.The diagnostic accuracy of single color ultrasonography,single X-ray mammography and color ultrasound combined with X-ray mammography,and the detection rate of different tumor diameters using the three methods were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of color ultrasound+X-ray was 98.00%(98/100),the accuracy of single color ultrasound diagnosis was 74.00%(74/100),the accuracy of single X-ray diagnosis was 72.00%(72/100),The diagnostic accuracy of color ultrasound+X-ray was significantly higher than that of single color Doppler ultrasound and single X-ray(P<0.05);the detection rate of color Doppler+X-ray was better than single color ultrasound and single X-ray(P<0.05);The detection rate of color ultrasound+X-ray in different tumor diameter was significantly higher than single color Doppler ultrasound and single X-ray(P<0.05).Conclusion Color ultrasound combined with X-ray mammography for breast cancer patients has high diagnostic accuracy,can better display various aspects of tumors,and is convenient and reliable for early detection and early treatment of breast cancer.
