摘要
作为房地产市场主力军的住宅地产项目,面临着"微利时代"的到来,房地产开发企业成本控制的重要性逐步显现。文章结合实际项目,基于目标成本法建立住宅地产项目成本管控系统,通过对目标成本的分解、目标成本实施过程中的控制与执行、证实该方法适用于房地产项目成本控制工作中,从而为提高房地产成本管理水平提供有价值的参考。
As the major residential projects in the real estate market are facing the arrival of the "era of meager profits",it is necessary for real estate development enterprises to adopt cost control solutions.Based on actual projects,a cost control system for residential real estate projects wasdevelopedby the mean ofthe target cost method.Through the decomposition of target cost and the control and execution during the implementation process of target cost,this method was proven to be suitable for cost control in real estate projects,with a view to providinga valuable reference for improving the efficiency of real estate cost management.
