摘要
由于云贵高原煤矿地质条件的特殊性,超大倾角下带式输送机已成为井下原煤运输的主要设备,因此对原煤运输设备的安全性、稳定性和连续性提出了更高的要求。提出一种针对大倾角下向带式输送机的皮带、托辊、制动器、电控系统等的安全保护装置。该装置由可编程控制箱和矿用隔爆电源箱组成,可与电机、矿用真空开关、信号系统、各种保护传感器等组成输送机电子控制系统,能有效提高大倾角带式输送机的设计和制造水平。目前该装置已在部分煤矿应用,取得了较好的效果。
Due to the special geological conditions of coal mines in Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau,large inclination downward belt conveyors have become the main equipment for underground raw coal transportation,thus putting forward higher requirements on the safety,stability and continuity of raw coal operation equipment.This paper presents a safety protection device for belt,idler,brake and electronic control system of downward belt conveyors with large inclination.The device is composed of programmable control box and mine flame-proof power box,and can be combined with motor,mine vacuum switch,signal system,and all kinds of protection sensors to form a conveyor electronic control system.The device can effectively improve the design and manufacture of the belt conveyors with large inclination.At present,the device has been applied in some coal mines and achieved good results.
