摘要
介绍STJ800/160X型大倾角下运带式输送机的主要技术要求和工作原理,剖析了根据大倾角采取的措施。通过采用深槽托辊组解决了大倾角带式输送机物料的下滑问题;通过选用液力制动系统控制制动减速度在合理范围内,使制动平稳,无滚料现象发生。对今后的设计提出建议。
This paper gives a introduction to the brief technical specification and basis principle of the decline belt conveyor with big declivitous angle (type STJ800/160X), explains the relevant control conditions and technology for big declivitous angle. Through utilizing deep groove rollers, solve coal slip problem when big declivitous angle belt conveyor working. Through utilizing hydraulic brake system, control acceleration of braking in reasonable range, making brake steady and no coal slip. Provides suggestion which hope to be helpful for future designer.
